This program offers advanced courses by means of distance education.
Specialized areas of study
that have been covered include: business management, applied computer
technology, civil and commercial law, education economics and management.
Moreover, the specialized postgraduate refresher courses in the fields
of actuarial science and project management will be opened soon. In
the past five years, over 9,000 learners have enrolled in more than
70 courses offered by SCE, and it has fostered the first batch of
distance education master's degree students.
B.A. degree-completion programs for junior college graduates
With the education philosophy “Market and serve the in-service personnel,
and cultivate people with practical ability," five urgently needed
leading majors with distinctive vocational features are now offered.
Economics: To broaden the learner's area of emphasis,
professional training as well as some refresher courses at postgraduate
level is added to the normal diploma education programs.
Specialties: finance and insurance; finance management
- Computer Science: puts equal emphasis on traditional
diploma education and certification training; simultaneously focusing
on cultivation of the professional qualifications of the students.

- English: practical English-oriented programs
to meet the increasing WTO-entry demand for English

Specialties: plain figure artistic design, environmental
art design
Enrollment in the program requires students to take either the college
entrance examination from Tsinghua University or the national adult
