effective" so as to guarantee professional development. Guided
by the demands of the market and society, and working with a spirit
of innovation, SCE believes its primary responsibility of SCE is to
update the knowledge and improve the quality of workers. Over the
past decade, more than 50,000 learners have been trained in about
1,000 seminars and training classes, according to the various needs
of different professions and regions. Now, SCE has proved to be an
important base for professional development in China.
Professional Development in SCE is composed of the Training Program
Development Center, Science Park and training centers for IT, International
English Training Center and Public Service and Hygienic Management.
The educational and training programs offered at present focus on
management science, finance, civil engineering, information and technology,
public service and hygienic management, English and Culture and a
