Service and Medical Administration Training Center is an institution
specialized in public affairs and medical administration training
and professional training. With the tenet of "Education serves
the society", the center devotes to the development of China's
public administration, of management of health, vaccination and medical
organizations, of food and medicine company administration, and of
medical and hygiene organizations. Mainly cooperating with Syracuse
University (US), Nottingham University (UK), Medical School of Tsinghua
University, and Tsinghua Xiehe Medical School, the center provides
series of professional administration training, senior nursing training
and degree and non-degree education and training for international
nurses.
The Center is characterized by combining outstanding courses of alien
universities with China's reality and reform, honorably inviting well-known
scholars and elites in the field as teaching staff. It has promoted
and carried out varieties of education and training, including "1+1"
international nursing courses, short-term seminars, field administration
forum, long-term postgraduate courses, professional module "times
counting card", innovation club, etc. The training finally leads
to certificates for senior seminars, certificates for short-term training,
qualification certificates for international occupation, and degrees
granted by international universities. The Center is oriented at diversified
and advanced training service, striving to construct a brand and win
the market by characterizing the training to be "multi-level,
multi-form, multi-channel, high starting point, high-quality, and
internationalized". At present the government directors in bureaus
and committees of Baotou city are accepting training at the Center.

with Maxwell School at Syracuse University.

Hospitals.
